From Idea to Approved Sample, Designed to Sell and Built to Produce
AJTEX connects design, fabric, construction and cost from the first sketch, so your textile collection is attractive, manufacturable and ready for the market.
A good design that cannot be produced well is a costly mistake
Many collections fail between the sketch and the production floor: fabrics that do not behave as expected, constructions that blow the budget, samples that cannot be repeated in bulk.
Our development service closes that gap. We work with design, materials, sampling and costing together, so approved samples translate smoothly into production.
- Designs checked for production feasibility early
- Fabric, trim and construction chosen against your target cost
- Clear tech packs and specifications for your factory or vendor
- Fewer sample rounds and faster buyer approvals
- Confidential handling of your designs and references

Common questions
Can you work from a buyer reference or mood board?
Yes. We can start from a reference image, sample, mood board or a written brief and develop it into a producible design with specifications.
Do you only develop for my own factory?
No. We can develop products for your production or hand over complete specifications and tech packs for any vendor you choose.
Can I hire you for a single category?
Yes. You can book home, denim, bridal or the design facility on its own, or combine them into one program.
How are my designs kept confidential?
Your designs, references and buyer information are treated as confidential. We are happy to sign an NDA before work begins.
